Studio 1 is the largest unit at Watercolours Studios.

It is , in fact, the original house first built on this land some 60 years ago.

It comprises of an extremely spacious newly built and totally equipped chef’s kitchen – open plan onto a dining room that can easily seat eight people opening again onto a large deck – with seating for up to eight persons.

The sea and the garden views from the kitchen, dining and deck area are unsurpassed in all of Simon’s Town.

There is a separate large lounge – furnished with original furniture and paintings – again with incredible views.

Studio 1 has three sea view double bedrooms – all of which have their own fully renovated  bathrooms – and two of which open onto a spectacular suspended wooden deck.

This unit enjoys two off street gated parking bays, a private laundry and the communal use of two award winning swimming pools and numerous outdoor decks and walkways – all set in the sixty year old sea view indigenous garden.
