Studio 2 is the largest of the three available units at Watercolours Studios and is located on the upper level of the building.

It comprises of a generous open-plan living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a dining area.  These areas open up on to a large private rooftop terrace boasting panoramic water views.

There are two bedrooms – one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed.  Both have generous built in cupboards and share a bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a vanity and a wc.

There are 2 off-street parking bays dedicated to this unit.
